Return Policy
In compliance with the provisions of the Federal Consumer Law and its Regulations, Skin Beauty Official Store, accepts changes in the merchandise exclusively for purchases made at https://sknbeautyofficial.wixsite.com/skinbeautysite, provided that the product has not been altered by the consumer and against delivery of the purchased product. In cases where the product arrives damaged, Skin Beauty Official Store must be notified immediately to make a replacement.
The return must be made within a maximum period of 05 (five) working days after receiving the product. To do so, you must send an email to https://sknbeautyofficial.wixsite.com/skinbeautysite requesting the return and a brief explanation of the reason for which you want a refund, or call 52 878 150 1893 long distance toll free. Skin Beauty Official Store will refund the amount paid for the product in a maximum of 20 working days by means of a gift certificate. You (consumer), will have the obligation to return the product in the same conditions in which you received it and without having used it.
In the event that the return is for a reason unrelated to Skin Beauty Official Store, the costs of freight and insurance will be borne by you (the consumer). If the product is damaged at the time of receipt, Skin Beauty Official Store will bear the costs of freight and insurance for the replacement of the product.
No returns will be accepted in the following cases:
- If the products were marked on sale or with discounts.
- If the product was used or opened. 

- If the packaging or product are not the original ones.
- If the packaging has non-original or violated labels.
- If the product is scratched, damaged, dirty or otherwise mistreated by the customer.
Skin Beauty Official Store must satisfy the claim within a period not to exceed fifteen days from the date of the claim. Skin Beauty Official Store, may refuse to satisfy the claim if it is untimely, when the product has been used in conditions other than those recommended or typical of its nature or destination or if it has suffered an essential, irreparable and serious deterioration due to causes attributable to the consumer.
