Shipping rates: The shipping rate is calculated based on the destination zip code. There are 3 shipping rates:
- Standard rate $89, covers zip codes within 1-3 business day coverage zones.
- Extended zone rate $148, covers ZIP codes in plus or remote zones from 3 to 7 business days.
- Rate $299, covers remote zone ZIP codes that are quoted with FedEx or DHL.
Shipping and delivery times: The shipment of the products will be made through parcel or private courier to your home and/or any office of such parcel or courier. The delivery time will be from 3 to 7 working days after the order has been processed. The order will be processed in a maximum of three business days, as long as all the required information is met and the product has not suffered any casualty for reasons beyond Skin Beauty Official Store. Please note that there may be occasional delays due to various causes, including the address being in remote areas. Notifications of your purchase, shipping, delivery and others will be made via email. If the customer captures incorrectly their shipping information and the order is delayed, Skin Beauty Official Store is not responsible because it is not a matter attributable to the company, it is the responsibility of the customer to review the data provided.
